Returns & Exchanges

At Satorisan, we want you to walk comfortably in your new soul-stitched footwear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Satorisan box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to ensure they arrive back safely.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
